Internal Process Audit

The internal process in any organization determines the success of the products and service delivery as well as overall turn-over. The success will depend on how the internal operations perform various tasks. At PNS, we undertake this valuable by deploying one of our auditors to work as an undercover staff of the company for a certain period of time. The auditor who will assume the role of an employee will use the opportunity to examine working system within an organization or relevant department(s) this will include but not limited to the overall performance of employees and any underlying feelings that may exist that may affect the performance of the employees. Un-biased report will be issued thereafter with necessary strategies for the management.
